Refund policy
At FRESH PRESSED CUSTOMS, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Each product is made with care and attention to detail to meet your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us at kobie@freshpressedcustoms.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
